This is just propoganda. Any TRUE Rastaman values his children and as such will care for them to the best of his ability.

We all of different ways of “looking after”. Because we may not give them a lot of materials things doesn’t mean that we don’t care. We give them the things that matter — a strong African identity, education and love.

Some of us never received the love we needed growing up so it is very difficult to express it to our kids. It doesn’t mean that we don’t look after them.
